Focus Telecommunications wrote the book on answering services. Literally.
The family-owned and operated telephone answering company was founded in 1987. At that time, president Donna West and company created a comprehensive instruction manual for office answering services. It would ultimately be translated into an acclaimed series of videos, speaking events, and seminars that are still used in the industry today.
Focus specializes in custom call center solutions for various markets, including property managers, healthcare providers, service companies, small businesses, and more.
Seeking to better serve their diverse clientele, while simultaneously garnering new leads and conversions, Focus had hired a another company to overhaul their former site. Because of attendant costs, hassles, and investment of time and energy, the job was not done correctly; an unfortunate, yet common occurrence.

We also completely revamped Focus’ Google Ads campaign, paving the way for even more leads and conversions.
Most importantly, we established a relationship of trust with a client that had been “burned” by other marketing companies (no mean feat), and were given the go-ahead to make informed, data-driven marketing decisions that are in the best interest of the company moving forward.

In just under a year, IMPACT decreased Focus’ Pay-Per-Click cost-per-click (CPC) by 66%, increased its click-through rate (CTR) by a whopping 169%, and boosted conversions from 0 to a staggering 58 per month.
