COLUMBIA, MD – IMPACT Marketing & Public Relations today announced its acquisition of small business consulting firm Move Forward Marketing.
Previously based in Woodbine, MD, Move Forward Marketing was the brainchild of owner and lead strategist Traci Spiegel. Together with Director of Operations Lisa Brousseau, the two-person powerhouse provided strategic writing, art direction, logo design, and web development for a diverse client roster that included assisted living homes, architectural firms, and physical fitness, among others. The firm celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2021.
Following years of collaboration and success with IMPACT, the firms merged in February 2022, broadening the duo’s collective reach, and increasing its value exponentially. The full crew hit the ground running and is already doing big things for all IMPACT clients.

After majoring in marketing at Penn State, Spiegel worked for 16 years managing brands such as McDonalds and Marriott at large ad agencies, before going client-side to manage Discovery Channel and Science Channel marketing. As Director of Strategic Marketing for IMPACT, she optimizes branding, lead generation, public relations, and digital solutions for our clients.
Brousseau, a Clemson University grad, led email marketing campaigns for Move Forward’s clients while executing data tracking for the firm’s digital marketing efforts. A self-professed “life-long learner,” IMPACT’s new Digital Marketing Specialist aids clients via the implementation of SEO, digital ads, data analytics, and more.
