Secom partnered with IMPACT to design and develop a brand-new site in hopes of improving credibility, boosting sales, and improving customer satisfaction in the midst of a drastically changing industry.
After evaluating Secom’s existing SEO, copy, and user interface, and analyzing the search behavior of competitor sites, IMPACT recommended significant strategic pivots.
While design was critical, the site needed to transcend appearance and further Secom’s credibility as a provider. Video case studies of Secom’s top clients were implemented, while new content was structured around relevant, high-search volume keywords and phrases to improve SEO. Keyword-driven blogs were organized into three key categories aligning with target markets, and additional SEO best practices were incorporated to achieve desired results.
Finally, three landing pages were dedicated to converting traffic generated by Google advertising campaigns, increasing the quantity and visibility of contact forms.
Secom’s sales have remained strong throughout 2020 despite the COVID-19 pandemic and the company is on track to have even higher revenue this year than in 2019.
