Janell is a Marketing Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and administrative support, including 5 years in the BPO industry. Janell’s experience has helped her develop strong communication skills, performance management, coaching, and client support skills. She prides herself on organization, skills in scheduling, document management, and workflow coordination, and is looking forward to providing efficient and reliable support to the IMPACT team and clients. 

Janell values family time with her husband and three sons, especially on road trips and enjoying good foods. She is also a dedicated pet owner of three dogs and a cat. In her leisure time, she enjoys watching survival movies and series.
