Kim is a creative director with a consuming passion for storytelling within the creative process. With her rare combination of design experience in digital, web, email, and print mediums coupled with her project management experience, she has consistently been recognized for her hands-on approach and ability to transform great ideas into successfully executed finished products.
Kim has worked with a variety of private sector and public sector teams on digital marketing campaigns that captured record leads and produced exemplary results.
Her work on the Census 2020 campaign reached millions of residents via large-format, print, digital, and outdoor formats and led to Maryland’s ranking in the top 10 states for self-response rate.
In addition, Kim has worked with IMPACT to create and direct a wide-range of collateral that consistently performed above benchmark for several Maryland Department of Health campaigns including covidLINK, COVID Alert, Fight the Flu, and Operation Courage.
