When COVID testing was in dire need, Quality First Urgent Care was one of the first facilities out of the gate. IMPACT was there to help spread the word.

About Quality First Urgent Care

Board certified emergency physician Dr. Pascal Crosley contacted IMPACT Marketing in December 2019 for assistance in opening his first urgent care facility in Burtonsville, Maryland. Staffed entirely by emergency professionals, the facility provides comprehensive care for all urgent medical needs, including cold and flu intervention, minor injuries, infections, and more.

Execution

IMPACT helped the QFUC team hit the ground running with a revitalized website, content marketing, and robust Google Ad campaign.

In March 2020, the pandemic hit. Many urgent care facilities shut their doors, but Dr. Crosley and team remained operational while developing COVID-19 testing solutions. In June, the company won a statewide COVID testing contract and opened two testing locations at Savage and Elkridge fire stations.

IMPACT launched a series of Google Ads campaigns to help spread awareness of mobile testing sites during COVID. We updated target locations to reflect the new drive-through locations and incorporated new keywords such as “same day testing,” “rapid testing,” and “drive through testing.”

It worked.

Evaluation/Results

Leads for Quality First Urgent Care skyrocketed. In January 2020, the urgent care facility had just 60 leads. One year later, that number had bloomed to 5,620 – for a jaw-dropping 8,964% increase.

With consistent support from IMPACT, Quality First Urgent Care continues to grow and innovate. An in-house, high complexity laboratory was developed at its flagship facility, allowing for expanded testing volume and the potential for same-day PCR results. In February 2021, a fourth testing facility and second urgent care clinic opened in Clarksville, Maryland.

“We are really happy with everything IMPACT is doing for us! We appreciate that they handle things while keeping us apprised of things and checking in regarding our analytics and results. We are so busy it is helpful to know only what we need to know!”
